Carbon steel racks can be powder coated or hot dip galvanized. Our switch racks can also be designed and built with a canopy or roof to protect equipment from severe weather and/or provide shade from the sun in order to protect your equipment and controls. They are usually fabricated from heavy duty I-beam and C-channel, providing a durable and sturdy structure.

RAL-K5 Color Fan Deck

We can powder coat your custom switch racks in a variety of color choices. If you have the need for a custom powder coat color with a specific size and color choice to match a current configuration we can work with you to fabricate the perfect fit for your system with the color of your choice. We use different color fan decks like the colour fan deck RAL K5 containing all 213 RAL CLASSIC colours.

Enclosure Fabrication uses heat fused PE series modified powder paint, electrostatically applied on a pretreated base. In this process, the paint particles are charged with static electricity and are sprayed on the enclosures which are grounded, this causes the particles to adhere evenly to the surface of the enclosure, eliminating the possibility of having paint runs. Curing temperature and time is approximately 200°C for 20 minutes.
