The materials or metals used to fabricate our NEMA Enclosures are aluminum, mild metal and stainless steel. We design and manufacture our NEMA Enclosures in-house and we make sure that all of our product are checked for accuracy based on our design and drawings as well as for quality. Our Custom NEMA Enclosures are made with different types of sheet metal.

Color Options

Custom NEMA Enclosures are not always the standard gray that everyone uses. If you have the need for a custom NEMA enclosure with a specific size and color choice to match a current configuration we can work with you to fabricate the perfect fit for your system with the color of your choice. We use different color fan decks like the colour fan deck RAL K5 containing all 213 RAL CLASSIC colours.

Enclosure Fabrication uses heat fused PE series modified powder paint, electrostatically applied on a pretreated base. In this process, the paint particles are charged with static electricity and are sprayed on the enclosures which are grounded, this causes the particles to adhere evenly to the surface of the enclosure, eliminating the possibility of having paint runs. Curing temperature and time is approximately 200°C for 20 minutes.
